What is your webhook retry policy?
Failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff — up to 5 attempts over 24 hours. Each event includes a unique event ID for idempotency checks on your end.

Yes. Every payment creation request accepts an idempotency_key. Duplicate calls with the same key return the original response without creating a second transaction.
How do I handle failed payments?
Failed payment events are delivered via webhook with a reason code (expired, underpaid, AML blocked). Your system can prompt the customer to retry or switch to another coin. No automatic re-charge happens without your instruction.
What does bitcoin payment processing cost?
